Leg Cramps - Cure For Cramping Leg Muscle
My Dad told me about this cure for a cramping leg muscle, when I was a child. In the middle of the night my calf muscle would cramp up and not knowing what to do, the best thing I could come up with was to massage the area and hope it would stop aching.
This never worked and my leg would hurt all the next day because of the cramp. My Dad said to place the ball of my foot against the corner of some object, like a dresser, and push hard. Worked instantly every time and no more sore leg the next day, if done quickly enough. Great advice Dad!
